Adrian pressed the knife closer to Anah's throat. He had a gleeful look on his face, but you could see in his eyes that he really didn't want to do this. He, however, believed it was the only way to "become one with Satan", so he had no choice.

Anah just glared at him. Eyes normally a midnight blue seeming black as coal. "Do you really want to do this? Do you really find pleasure in seeing the blood of innocent souls lying on your hands?"
