Sten stepped out of his house and breathed some fresh air.

Cooler hung out by the lake.. ja.

Sten walked down to the lake, found a large smooth rock, and sat down. He had brought along his metal rod and his sharpening stone.

Cooler thought he saw someone, and glanced back to see if his companions were still there. No.

Sten layed the rod across his lap and started dragging the stone across it. The metal made a loud metallic scrape each time he slid the stone down it. He continued this and just kept staring out at the lake.

The icejin bit his lip, and thought,I don't want to risk my safety at the moment by talking to complete strangers..

Sten continued to sharpen the rod. He already had Asala, but this one would be a gift for his new friend.

"Jee.." he sighed to himself, blinking everytime a fish sped by in the lake. -
After a few moments Sten noticed the man sitting on the opposite side of the lake. After he stared at him for a few minutes he was content that the man wasnt trying to kill him. Sten sat back down and continued sharpening.

"Haha, I haven't played in the lake in a while," he chuckled to himself, feeling his lost playfulness return back to him.

Sten sharpened his sword more.

He suddenly dove into the water, enjoying the feel of cool water against his tense skin.

Sten watched as the strange man enjoyed himself in the lake. The man was younger than he was, and sten let a slight smile crack at the sight of someone having fun.

He had smirked to himself while he had swam around for some time, he hadn't shed any of his clothing, but he didn't care at all.
What mattered to him at the moment was the joyfullness that spred through him.
It reminded him of the times before his fiance was killed.
