I sighed as I came home. 'Mom' was at work still. I was so happy. I usually hated coming to see this place everyday and still do, but Drake helps me deal with it.

I changed, wrote about my day in great detail in my journal, then soon fell asleep.

I had a restful sleep for the first time in...well in what seemed like forever.

I woke up to my phone vibrating under my head. I moan ed and got up. I didn't really have to do much since I left my stuff at school.

I woke up and yawned. I looked at the time. It was still pretty early.

I showered and went downstairs. I heard Leah (that can be the foster mom's naem) snoring upstairs. I'll go to school early. I can get my stuff and avoid Leah I thought. I'm so witty ^-^

I decided to take a walk to the cliff where I was the day before. With her. I wanted to watch the sunrise.

I put on a cute outfit. Not sure why, but I wanted a good outfit today. Nothing special was going to happen though :I No concert, assembly, nothing. WHen I was done, it was only 6:15. Wow, I got up really early. I walked to the cliff where I was yesterday. It was still dark when I got close.

I got closer to the cliff. But I felt as though someone was near me. Probable just an animal. I thought.

I could see through the little light from the moon an outline near the edge of the cliff. I got a little closer and stepped on a twig.

I froze. I heard a twig snap. Someone was out there. "Who's there." I called softly.
