I took her hand, guiding her back into the school. "Try not to talk or make any facial expressions. That can aggravate it more." -
Rebekah
I nodded, clutching my nose.
(Sorry. Forgot about the thread for a minute.) -
Cole
We reached the nurse's office. I opened the door, holding it for Rebekah. -
Rebekah
"Thank you." I whispered hoarsely, then whimpering because of my nose. -
Cole
I nodded, smiling sadly. "Take care. I have to head back to gym to change, but I'll be back to check on you. Ms. Ruschmier will make sure you're taken care of."
('Tis okie.) -
Rebekah
"Okay." I said sadly, as I stopped cupping my hand around my nose. -
Cole
I squeezed her hand and glanced back at her for a few seconds before leaving, shutting the door softly behind me. -
Rebekah
I sulked a little as he left. When would I see him? -
Cole
I walked back to the gym, seeing the others heading into the locker rooms. I followed them in, changing in under a minute. -
Rebekah
I sat there as the nurse analyzed my nose. "Seems like you've fractured it..." She said as she put some liquid on it that made it burn. I yelped, and she tied a cloth around it. -
Cole
I left the gym, a pass to see Rebekah in my hand. On my way out my hand was taken by somebody.
"Hey, Cole..." a blonde smiled and batted her eyelashes at me. I took my hand out of her grip.
"Bye, Emily," I said, pushing past her. She wrapped her arms around my waist.
"Don't be like that, Coley.." she giggled. I shook my head, peeling her hands off of me. -
Rebekah
I sat there, nervous. What if Cole doesn't come? What if he's busy making out with someone way prettier than me? Ughh, stop pointing out your flaws... focus. Focus on how lucky you are. Your parents are dead, you live in a house,... then back to Cole. -
Cole
She stared at me, biting her lip. I turned to leave, aware of her following me. I headed into a crowd of students, then used a bit of my powers to get far enough away to lose her. I ended up at the door of the nurse's office. I slowly opened the door, stepping inside. -
Rebekah
The door opened, and in came Cole. I exhaled in relief. The nurse explained to him about my nose, as I sat on the bed excited. -
Cole
I nodded, listening to the nurse. "Should I take her home for the rest of the day?"
