Cole
I finished my breakfast, placing it into the sink after Rebekah. I headed upstairs, grabbing my backpack. "We have to leave in five minutes!" I called, slipping on my shoes.
Destiny
"Oh, you're welcome, Rebekah." I smiled. -
Rebekah
I awaited at the door for Cole, cautious.
Carlisle
I stood on the porch. -
Cole
I came down the steps, slinging my backpack over my shoulder. I met Rebekah at the front door. "We have 10 minutes to get there. It's about a two or three mile walk."
Destiny
I started to clean up the kitchen. "Bye, kids! Have fun at school!" -
Rebekah
"Okay." I said, exiting the door and scurrying down the porch's stairs.
Carlisle
"Love you." I hollered back, and quickly ran to the sidewalk. When I couldn't see Rebekah, I used my vampire speed and traveled quickly. -
Cole
Despite my longing to go at maximum speed, I stayed with Rebelah, traveling at her speed. "So, when we get there, I'll show you to the office. They'll have your schedule and class assignments." -
Rebekah
"Okay." I smiled. -
Cole
We kept walking, and eventually reached the school. "Here we are," I said, leading her through the front doors. -
Rebekah
I smiled nervously. Was I ready to start high school?
Carlisle
I slowly entered my first class, early as usual. -
Cole
I took her hand in mine and squeezed it gently. "You'll do great today. I know you will." -
Rebekah
I sighed. "Where will I sit? what if-" I was cutoff by a distance memory. "What if everyone hates me?" -
Cole
I placed my hands on her shoulders and looked into her eyes. "Rebekah, everyone will love you. You'll sit wherever you'd like, and you'll make tons of friends. This is a great place." I paused. "I have to get to class. The office is through that door there," I pointed down the hall. "I'll see you soon." I smiled and kissed her cheek before walking to my first class, AP English. -
(I had to eat. Now, shower awaits me. Brb.)
Rebekah
I nodded and hugged him. "Hopefully I'll see you soon." I smiled, and made my way towards the office. I waved bye, regretting ever walking away. -
(That's okay. I gotta go in a little bit.)
I took my seat, pulling out my poems I had written last class. -
(Is you still here? D:)
Rebekah
I entered the office nervously. "Hello, how my I help you?" A plump woman greeted me with a warm smile. "I'm Rebekah Newman, a new student." "Oh yes, here is your schedule." She handed it to me gently. I skimmed over the paper. And I had Science first. -
(Yes, I'm here.)
"Hey, Cole," a few of my friends walked in, taking the open seats around me.
