I sat with some of my friends at lunch. For some reason I found myself scanning the area to see if i could find Eli.

I finally made it to the cafeteria, after following the loud chatter that echoed through the halls. I pushed open the door and scanned the room. I settled for sitting over by the windows, alone.

I saw him sitting alone. So, after gathering enough courage, I told my friends I'd see them in a bit, and made my way over to where he was sitting.

I looked up from my uneaten lunch to find the girl from first period walking towards me.

"Um..hi, I remember I didn't tell you my name, I'm Rose, may I sit?" I asked.

I nodded. "Sure, Rose."

"Thanks" I said sitting down quietly. "So...what brings you to this school?"

I shrugged. "My dad's job got transferred here. He supervises employers for large corporations."

"Ah, cool. Sucks starting at a new school though..." I said not knowing what to really say at all.

"I'm used to it. We've been moving around a lot lately," I replied, taking a sip of water.

"Oh" was all I said before I got out my notebook and starting drawing.

"You should really submit your work into some contests," I said. "You'd be sure to win."
(Sorry. D: I'm multitasking... A lot.) -
(lol it's fine, I'm doing like 4 soap right now)
"Huh?" I said looking up. "Oh..." I said blushing. "Umm, thanks. I just draw for fun really." I said as I continued to draw my picture. -
(Same. xD)
"No shame in that," I smiled and watched as Rose continued to draw.
