Other: Dad has died years ago and doesn't get along well with her mother. Her parents wanted a boy. Still is very protective over her family and town.
Name: Planetaria (Just goes by Taria usually)

Other: Is for the takeover and part of the effort to 'modernize' the remaining lands. -

Fayetteville was one of the only remaining free towns on the map. They lived with the land, the dirt and the animals. It looked like your typical suburbs/country land of the early 2000s. However it was becoming more apparent every day that the sleek modernization was seeping in from the cities.
Suyuko ran in one of the farm fields, watching as the sun started to go down. Her mom would expect her home soon, so she quickly started back toward their suburban oasis. -
jayce walked around her little town of fayetteville her family was killed in the next town over in a rally for the freedom of that town and now lived in this town for the freedom (i know kinda sucky but i tryed)

When Suyuko went back to the pavement she walked up the street and saw Jayce, her friend for many years. "Hey Jaycie, what's up?" -
Garrett sat underneath his favorite oak tree, taking in the serene landscape around him. The bright green grass in the field just behind him swayed with the breeze, the leaves shaking in the trees as well. Birds flew through the air. All was quiet, in the manner of activity anyway. The truth was, it had always been quiet for Garrett. Sound was a language that he did not comprehend, nor was he able to. When others heard shouting and screaming, he heard a looming silence. In a way, it was soothing, not hearing the whispered comments that were most likely about him. He was offered the chance to hear when he was very young, around the age of three or four. The doctors placed a series of wires through his ears, connecting them to a small machine that lit up at the touch. The sudden change in perspective frightened him on that day, scaring him away from the possibility of ever hearing a thing. The silence was a security blanket permanently wrapped around him, protecting him from the horrors that others had no choice but to listen to. He saw a figure moving swiftly through the fields, moving with the utmost grace and agility. Confined in silence, Garrett appreciated the most fine visual detail that most others would overlook without a second thought.

Garrett rose to his feet and started his long, tedious walk home. He lived on the other side of town. He'd have to cut through the more developed area to get to his small cottage that he shared with his father and younger sister. He made his way to the street and proceeded on his trek home.

jayce sees garrett walking and waves trying to get him to look at her

"Sure, I don't think mom will mind." She smiled lightly, knowing it was one of the few things her mother was okay with. Not looking where was going, however, she accidentally bumped into the boy walking down the street. "Sorry!" She apologized, hoping she didn't hurt him.

"ok awsome hey watch out" jayce says as she runs into garrett

Garrett stumbled backwards, but quickly regained his balance. He stared blankly at the girl he'd just bumped in to. Her mouth moved quickly; he couldn't quite read what she had said.

"umm this is garrett umm hes ahh deaf so" says in sigh lang "she said sorry"
(grr i couldnt think of anything) -
Garret nodded and smiled. That's okay. No harm done, he signed back.
