$13 a yard?

  Hm, I'm looking at fabric for the costume I'll be making, trying to find the lowest prices.
  
  But the dilemma is I could either spend $13 for fabric I can pick up at the store or spend like $5 on the fabric but when you add shipping and handling it's not much of a win.
