I went over the facts. It was incredible how much we could find something out about someone- no, something without speaking to it or letting it know. I knew the apartment it was in, and that it planned on going to school. This one would be fun. I smiled at the unfamiliar word. Fun. I never had time for fun.

Now I finally was done with my practice and shining my knives. All there was left was to was wait, for what? The enemy they would send there best people, wait best person to track me down. I changed into my best fighting clothes incase. Then I realized, the sun had set already and I hadn't fed since I left America. And I felt pretty weak. "I need to replenish my energy." I told myself. And just my luck I looked out my window and down the alley. I smelled a male, alone and drunk. The smell intoxicated me and my insticts took over. I jumped from my 3rd floor apartment and without further warning fed on him.

I headed toward the apartments, thinking I may as well see where she was and where I could hunt her down. Suddenly I smelled something. Something only a thirteen-year-old who was also an experienced Slayer would know. [i]Blood.[i]
I ran as quickly as I could to the alleyway and saw it. The vampire. -
I was three-fourths of the way down with the man. When I smelled something else, a hunter. They had a certain smell, different from other regular humans, like bleach. I turned and saw the girl she would strike soon, I threw the man into a trash can, then I stood smoothly. "Well, I guess it take long to find me did it?" I said with a smirk.

"You would've lasted longer if you didn't feed." I smirked. "Then again, you wouldn't have lasted much longer anyway." My hand moved toward my pocket and my fingers wrapped themselves around a knife.

"I guess so." I said, wiping the blood away from the corners of my mouth. "Silly human, you think you can actaully kill the most wanted vampire?" I laughed and crouched into my fighting postition.

"Only because I'm the most achieved Slayer." I lunged, the knife slashing across her chest. It didn't go far enough, though, to get her heart. Although I was close to it. I thrust the knife forward, smiling as it went into her chest.

She was pretty quick and left a scar on my collar bone, then was so close to my heart. I screamed in pain as a joke I looked down then laughed and grabbed her wrist then got the knife and threw it away. "So close to my heart," I said looking up " but not close enough." I whispered and pushed the girl back.

I sighed. How could I miss? I pulled another knife from my pocket, shoved the vampire up against a wall, and almost slit its throat. Why was I hesitating? Why was I holding back?
(What's the plan? I'm guessing your charrie will win, huh?) -
Completely dumb founded she had another knife. But she hesitated to slit my throat, "Whats the matter? Vampire got your knife?" I said, "Go ahead do it, nows your chance" I said, then heard police sirens. "Maybe next time" I laughed then pushed away and climbed the tall building to the roof top.

I grumbled. This wasn't over. But the police were here, and they'd be asking questions. I grabbed my other knife and ran off. I reached the hotel, shoved the knives in my pockets, and hurried upstairs.

I finally reached the roof top and breathed in the cool night breeze. "She's good," I told myself "too good." I said as I headed back to my aparment where I cleaned my wounds and stitched it up. "It should be gone before Monday" starting to talk to myself again.

I sighed and washed off the knives. I pricked my finger with one. A drop of blood dripped from my finger into the sink. They aren't sharp enough. I'll have to sharpen them. I washed my hands in the sink then changed into a pair of pajamas.

The good thing about being a vampire is that I don't need sleep. So I'll always be ready. I remembered again that I still needed to feed. "I might aswell." I said and sighed "I've got all night." And I went for a real quick walk through the alley and fed on a few poeple, hid the bodies and went back to my apartment to take a shower.

I lied down on the bed, sprawling the information out in front of me. I looked over it, trying to figure out more strengths and weaknesses of the vampire. Hmm... I doubt knives will cut it. I'd have to figure something out tomorrow. My body ached with tiredness. I'd gone three days without sleeping. I put away the information and climbed into the bed, falling asleep quickly.
