its propaganda, if you tell the police, he will be arrested. they can hold him for a solid 24 hours without ever telling him why. by that time, you can tell them everything and be safely away from him.

your mother probably needs somthing from the guy, but the cops can and will take him in. if your injured after that then it's a dead giveaway that he's guilty. he couldn't even get close to you.
