That is serious. Um, if they don't believe you, (I've seen this on TV) Put a camera in the room and if he touches you, then it'll be seen and you can show the police.
Once a 13 year old boy did that when his mum was being beaten by her husband but the police didn't do anything about it. Or I think it was that she was so scared to tell them. -
