  It was about this angry principal. Two of his students hypnotized him and at every snap of the fingers, he turned into captain underpants. He would fight bad guys with just the power of his underwear. But, if he got splashed with water, he would go back to being a principal!
  
  I would read those books like crazy when i was like seven! :O
