"Ellie..." she muttered. "What's yours?'

"Wire." she replied, tossing the apple core to the side. "Nice to meeet you, Ellie."

Odd name. "Um... nice to meet you, too."

Wire knew that eventually the guild would wonder where she was. She wouldn't ruin the night making them worry.
"Well, I'd best be going." she said with another smile, starting off in the other direction. -
Ellie hurried in the direction she'd been going in. The girl had given her an apple. Ellie smiled a bit.

Wire wandered into the bar the guild used as refuge. She was greeted warmly, and those of the guild who had stayed back and waited for them to return now practically idolized her. She smiled.
"Yes, I am so proud of my ability to hit old misers on the head with metal baseball bats." she laughed. -
She reached the abandoned building where a few others lived and went inside. She went to the room she'd claimed as her own and looked out one of the broken windows, taking a bite of the apple.

Shilim announced the huge amount of stuff they had claimed that day. The guild cheered once more. Too loud. Wire went upstairs, resting.

Someone came into the room. Ellie turned around. Tyler. He smiled a bit. "Hi."

Wire rested on the window sill, staring out at the moon. A full moon. It was beautiful. The stars were dim and small in comparison. She could hear cheers and songs from through the floor, but she took no joy in them. Too loud. So much noise would deafen them..

The moon was full, but Ellie didn't notice. She smiled a bit at Tyler. "What's up?"

Wire sat alone, drifting off to sleep. the wonderful taste of apple lingered in her mouth, easing her.

Tyler sighed. "Nothing." He looked at the apple.
"Want some?" Ellie asked.
Tyler nodded and took it, taking a bite of it. -
