Water and food give you the energy to exercise. There are good fats and bad fats, too much fat is stored in your part as weight. When you exercise your body takes the fat, because it needs it for energy. So just exercise a lot and eat low-calorie foods. Stay away from trans fats, it's not good cause it can clog your arteries and give you a heart attack. Sandwiches, frozen yogurt, granola bars, and yummy fruits and salsa are great snacks. Treadmills and running are also good exercises too.
