A nurse was standing in the doorway, looking slightly alarmed.
(lol) -
(Sorry, was looking for odd numbered posts)

I stared at the nurse, trying not to look awkward. "H-hi."

Dylan heart rate was still up. The nurse came over and sedated him, making him groggy and he fell asleep in a few minutes.

I looked at the nurse and at Dylan.

Dylan unconsiously turned his head toward Lilac and whispered her name.

I smiled a bit and blushed. He was saying my name in his sleep.

He started mouthing "No" and scrunched his eyebrows as if in frustration or confusion.

What was wrong? I took his hand slowly, worried.

"Lilac, no." he whispered, trying to wake up. He couldnt because of the sedatives.

Stupid sedatives. No, what? I'd ask him later, but I figured he wouldn't remember.

Hours later, Dylan woke up to the darkness, a cold sweat on his brow. He could hear Lilac breathing softly on the make shift guest bed by the window.

I'd decided to sleep in the hospital room on a bed next to Dylan. I heard him wake up. I opened my eyes slightly.

"Oh thank god." He said to the night. He didnt realize Lilac was up.

I smiled a bit, looking at him.
