Maria closed her eyes.
"Sorry for snapping at you. Being stuck in a dog cage isn't really making my mood better." She said softly. -
"Its fine. As long as were here, whats your name?"

Maria took a deep breathe and opened her eyes.
"Im Maria, you?" -
Dylan looked right at her. He liked her unusual eyes.
"Dylan." -
Maria smiled.
"Nice." She said. -
Dylan smiled back. Now he had to figure out how to get ut of here. He saw a black coat walk down the hall.

Maria saw what Dylan saw. She jerked up and hit her head on the top of the crate.
"Shit," She said. "My heads going to match my freaking face-bruise." She narrowed her eyes and the blackcoat. -
"What do you want with us?" Dylan screamed as he passed. "Let us go!"

Maria took a deep breathe.
"Dylan, that is so not gonna help us here. They aren't gonna let us go if we just demand them. Its pointless to yell." -
Dylan started rocking the cage back and forth, trying to make it tip.

Maria watched a lady in a blackcoat come towards them. The lady was holding a needle.
"Dylan..." Maria whispered. -
Dylan ignored her. He was completely focused on tipping the cage and getting out of here.

"Dylan. Stop. It." She demanded, still wacthing the lady come towards them. She stopped at a small table and put something into the needle.
Maria doesn't like needles.
"Dylan." She said again, her voice pleading.
