well I have beat my dad in a pushing contest several times, I am pretty strong, but then again, I might be thrown against a wall

i usually cant lift more than 50=70 pounds, but in times of crisis, i can list to about 100.. -
I can lift 30 pounds, but my legs can knock over a one hundred pound guy plus a chair.o.e

I am pretty strong, well maybe not really, I can usually lift heavy weights, but I'm not sure how heavy

my best bud in real life is about 90-100 pounds, i can pick her up easily and run like hell for about 10 minutes if im that freaked.
i found out how strong i was at school ._.
