"It's fine so long as you don't distract him from work and school. Or hurt him. But if you hurt him, he can deal with you."

He nodded.

"Let me finish my coffee and I'll take ya."

He finished the cup and stood up. "Let's go."

"Sure," he said, walking from the sink.

He grabbed his keys and walked out with him.

Vesper followed behind him.

"You know it's a service right? So you go to a business, get your interview, and they call you in when someone calls for a pool boy. Or you can be hired by one person only."

"Yeah. I know. I've applied for a job once, when I first was kciked out of my house."
