Vesper followed him.

"Turn it to the news and see if there's any rain today." He cracked eggs in a bowl.

"M'kay," he said, turning on the television.

He started cooking, both parents coming down the stairs.

He watched the screen, waiting for the weather forecast.

He flipped them when ready and set up plates for everyone.

When the weather woman had said that there was only a slight chance of rain, he nodded absent-mindly.

"Good morning, boys." His mother chimed. His father let out a grunt and got a cup of coffee.

"Good morning, ma'm," he answered.
