I watched Richard leave, still focusing on the water. How'd I get the ability to control water?

richard was outside burning leaves, then he started eating them

I lifted the water and formed many different shapes. First shining dolphins leaping and twirling in the air. Next a small bird flapping its wet wings and singing a muted song. Last a large Chinese dragon slinking around the room with steam bellowing out of its nostrils.

richard finished eating, he came inside and floated through the ceiling up to thalia's room, and quickly noticed a strange dragon roaming around thalia's bedroom ( I gtg ) -
I waved at Richard and focused on the dragon.
