I moved a bit of the water up into the air. I created a ball out of it and flung it at Richard. I stopped it just before it hit him.

richard didn't move when the water ball was thrown at him, he wasn't surprised, but he laughed a little, then he formed a shadow ball, the mark was glowing a bit, but he was playing around, richard acted like he was about to throw it at thalia, but he faked it
