Karas glanced at Aponi. "Doesn't look like that person will leave. So lets find another place..." -
Aponi nodded, looking at the man curiously.

Finding an area that seemed fairly calm, she sat down. "So how'd you end up here?"

"Well, I was practiving my solo dance. Cheif Adoeete came told me it was time, and as I stepped out I ended up here." Aponi said, "You?"

"I went to the little pond we had near the house, and saw this at the bottom." She held out the gem.

Aponi blinked, and took a similar one out of her fur boot.

"I know for sure that these can't be found around home..."

"Noody in my tribe ever found something like this stone." Aponi said. "This must be a way of communicating with the Great Spirit."

"Could be, I just hope this doesn't mean anything bad."
