Tetsumi knew what the murderer looked like, Micah had told her. But the police would'nt listen. No. They'd call her insane, and send her back home...plus she did have a slight criminal record. Theft, attempted murder..she brushed that thought away, and continued walking, heading nowhere in peculiar.
