I totally get those feelings, the thoughts of self-harm and stuffs. Something that really helps me (it might not work for you bc everyone is different, and if it doesn’t that’s okay) is this website:
It’s basically this website to help people with thoughts of self harm by letting you cut the website up instead of your skin. It really helps me when I want to do it, so hopefully it works for you. Stay safe and love yourself <3
