I'm okayyy, you'll be okay, I am literally stressing for no reason. I feel so dumb right now

Feeling like I can't really talk to anyone about some problems, they just assume I'm okay because I don't cry or complain, they should know, shouldn't they? I'm half-crying myself. UGHHHHH
