I logged on to get some coins and guess what? For the first time ever, it asked for my postal code to calculate tax properly. I usually get charged a dollar and a half more, but I got charged no extra tax. Is this how it's always supposed to be? Have they been taking more than they should've and are now realizing they made a mistake?

This is crazy to me. I live in Oregon so I've never had sales tax on anything but it's also never ever asked me for my postal code when billing me for anything. Do other people really have to pay sales tax on in-game transactions?
