you should try to breathe and talk to your parents about it. hallucination can be caused by a lot of reasons including mental disorders, lack of sleep, etc., and in some cases it can get worse so it's crucial to seek treatment for it.
dont panic when hallucinating, just try to close your eyes and remind yourself its not real
i used to deal with hallucination so i can understand how scary it can be , especially when u THINK its real but u cant rlly differentiate. it helped me to get sum sleep , but its different for everyone and def worth it in the long run to get sum help ! i hope it'll get better for u, jus dont panic n talk to sum1 about it -
