"Um...but I guess he could wait.."She said. She did'nt know why she had said that. Probably her over kind heart.

"No... It's fine." He coughed awkwardly. "I should get going anyway..."

"Master DiCaprio must have his reasons, I'll just have to wait until he returns." she said to herself.

Kristianna blinked, confused even more. She then took one last glance at him, and started walking toward the house again. She soon came to the door, and walked in, closing the door softly and calling out "Dad, I'm home!"

Alec sighed as he walked to his home, slipping in through the front door. "I'm home," he called, slipping his shoes off on the WELCOME mat.

"Welcome home, Master DiCaprio." Makoto said, "Are you hungry?"

"I think I'll skip dinner for tonight, Makoto. Thanks though," he headed up to his room and shut the door.

Her dad watched as she seemed more..distant. More in thought than usual.
"Anything wrong?"He said as they sat and ate, she had'nt eaten anything.
"Hum..oh um nothing..I'm just not very hungry"She said, standing up. She kissed her dad on the forehead, and said "I'm just gonna go to bed."
"Okay Kristi."He said, and watched her walk into her room, softly closing the door.
She sat on her bed and stared out the window, amber green eyes soft as she stared at the forest. -
He seemed so upset, I wonder what happened.... she thought, walking to her room as well.

Alec got out his sketch pad and drew roses. Lots and lots of roses. White roses, red roses, black roses. He didn't know why, but the beauty of the delicate and fragile flowers mesmerized him.

She yawned, getting tired. Her black and grey old tabby cat climbed in bed with her, and she smirked. His fur was twisted and matted. She loved him. He was a gift from her mom.
"Thomas, you sleep all day"She mocked, and the cat looked at her with pale green eyes and meowed.
"I'm tired too."She said, curling up beside the old tom.. -
Alec hit his head against the wall and sighed. "Why did this have to happen to me? Why can't I be my normal, good looking self, god damnit!"

Makoto waited half an hour before finally undressing and slipping on her night gown. She crawled under the blankets, and closed her eyes.

The tom cat rubbed against her palm, and she smiled, a small, pretty smile. She yawned again, eyes closing..she soon fell asleep.

Alec looked into the mirror and saw an ugly face staring back at him. "Maybe she was right... Maybe I am a beast."
