I've never actually encountered racism in person before.
There was a "mistake" on an order (the guy was trying to get free food) and my manager, who's Vietnamese and fluent enough in English to get by but it's still kind of broken, says no, we didn't make a mistake.
He starts yelling, saying that he had ordered the different thing. Finally he goes, "Then maybe you should talk better Englrish!" He purposely mispronounced 'English.' Then he stormed out of the store.
I was just shocked and he left before I could give him a piece of my mind. -

Good god. I hate that people like that exist in our world. I seriously hope that that guy gets what’s coming to him. That was not okay. No, not at all. I’m sorry both you and your manager witnessed that. He is going to get himself in trouble one day, and ohoho, he deserves it.

I see it a lot. Where I live, there are a lot of Mexicans and people are quite racist to them.
