how can i focus ?? idk how to :( every time i try i find the littlest distraction n instantly think it’s 1000% more interesting n then i jus go off the rails watching it

then i get even more distracted and my minds jus racing and racing and racing and racing and racing until i completely forget the task at hand

and by then im long gone! already onto another task but then the distractions come again n they’re jus constantly there n then u jus procrastinate n procrastinate until eventually the days over n u realize jus how much time u’ve wasted

and then all of a sudden within the span of 5 minutes, it went from july 4 to july 25

and now her birthday’s 10 days away and i keep getting too distracted to sit still and make her something

i used to be better at thinking than talking. now im better at talking than thinking
i just wish it could go vice versa again. id rather be smart than social; now i just feel social and incompetent, completely useless and stupid -
i don’t think im going anywhere. i have a lot of huge dreams of success but i doubt myself and the path im taking to get there

medical issues grr >:( might needa set up an appointment if the issue doesn’t respond to home treatments cuz it’s been going on for a long while n apparently it’s linked to scoliosis

wanted 2 try 2 make lil comic strips of the marsh doods for my mum’s bday bc she’s rlly fond of them :D
also was gon crochet her sum stuffs such as a blanket n a lil phone pocket so ill get to that cuz her birthday’s in like 9 or sum days -
