some stuff that helped me when I had a sore throat was gargling with salt water (basically water with salt in it, don't swallow tho bc it's yuck 😭), eat honey, eat lemon to boost the immune system, and take alveoli

The best thingis actually to gargle mouthwash, but last time I got out of bed I broke my toe on a chair leg
