Thank you both. Ive just been so stressed lately and sick and not sleeping. I contacted my boyfriend and I'm just trying to reset my mind and ground myself.

Internet says it may be triggered by a medication? Are you on any new medicine?

I genuinely don’t know what any of this is, but it sounds terrifying and it’s awful you have to go through it. I really hope you get better, I’m wishing the best; just keep in mind the hallucinations aren’t real and try to distract yourself from them.

I do want to say one last thing though. I would like for people to not use the term "mentally ill" or any specific term related to it in reference to me moving forward.
I mean that in the best way possible, it's just not a label I'm comfortable with and I would rather focus on my progress than my past 💗 Ty. -
I've been meaning to say that for a while because I find those terms very hurtful so I figured this thread was appropriate to mention it.
