I'm especially surprised because I only spent this past week and a few days actually and consistently driving.
Basically when I got my permit the times I was able to drive with my parents were few and far between. Like, weeks apart, maybe ten minutes a time, and so on.
Then for like six months I didn't drive at all because life was hectic.
Then I got enrolled into driver's ed. The first time behind the wheel with my driving instructor was just parking lot driving because my permit was expired. Thank goodness because pretty much the only thing I remembered was how to start the car.
Then I got a new permit and the next week we went downtown and it was in the evening which is not a great time to drive down there, but I didn't die.
Then it was like, hey, turns out my driving test is next week.
So I spent this past week driving whenever my parents would allow me to.
And then I had my test.
And I PASSED -
I'm way too hyped about this

Some things were probably left over from the sporadic driving times I had with my parents though

That actually wasn't on the test
My driving instructor had me do one last week but said that it was just something my parents would teach me, it wouldn't be on the test.
But when I did it that first time time my front end was a bit far from the curb but I was still within limits. -
GOOD JOB 0:
watch out for the squirrels, those nutters -
If there's a deer and you're going too fast, you gotta hit the deer even tho it's hard
If there's a moose and you're going too fast, swerve even if it means you land in a ditch bc that thing is a tank and can total your car and walk away from it -
