That’s a good point, Espie, but I can’t help but question the parents for letting their kid wear that when they know there are pedophiles out there. And the company who made clothes like that for little girls?
As Spice said, showing bellybuttons are fine, but a six year old wearing those kinds of clothes? It doesn’t sit right with me. -
Honestly the kids probably picked the clothes out herself because she liked the style. So what exactly is wrong with it? Why is it wrong for a kid to dress like that? I would like for someone to explain to me exactly what is wrong about a child, especially one so young, wearing a crop top and short skirt. They're clothes, it's not like her parents are making her walk the corner.

I’m all for people picking what they choose and living their life as they want. If the little girl picked it out herself, all right, glad they support her. I’m just worried about if there would be a risk and if the parents chose that for her.

Everyone is free to their own opinion, but putting little kids in bikinis and really short clothes typically meant for adults will never really sit right with me.

Obviously if the kid was in something that's exclusively used for sexual purposes, lingerie, that would be really wrong. But a swimsuit or mini skirt? Who cares? I've never seen a child in a bikini and thought anything of it. Hell I ran around the house/backyard shirtless and barefoot until I was like 8 (though that could be a redneck thing idk lol)

No shade. Just maybe consider why it makes you uncomfortable and look at what that says about yourself and how you were raised rather than judging the parents
