Arnie uttered a low sob as he felt the blood slowly pour out of his head.
The Mistress smiled evilly at her cannibalistic servant.
'That's what happens to bad little boys who don't obey orders.' she chuckled, pressing her foot onto his bleeding head. -
Hali's heart pounded in her chest.

"P-please don't kill him." Jess said, lower lip quivering.

'He deserves it.' the Mistress spat. Arnie looked at Jess and Hali, and pointed to the desk behind them, where I knife rested.

Hal looked over at the desk, then to Jess. Hali was basically glued to the floor in fear.

Jess blinked, and quick as a flash raced over and took the knife off the desk. She pointed it at the Mistress with shaky hands.

'And what're you planning to do with---' the Mistress began. She shrieked in terror and surprise as Arnie moved out from under her, causing her to plummet downwards.

Hali stared at that, and watched Jess. Kill her..she chanted silently.

Jess stared down at her, eyes wide. "Everyone has a reason to do what they do. I don't know what your's is, and I don't plan on finding out. I'm going to call the police, and it will be up to them whether you sit in jail for who knows how long or not."
