she's been back from the hospital for about a week. the day she came back we sat down and talked about everything that happened. she apologized over and over. she told me she was better now. and now I find out that as recently as sunday, she told one of dollface's friends I'm narcissistic and controlling. she told him I'm trying to manipulate everyone into not liking her. the very next day she called me and asked me to come pick her up from her friends house and take her to get cigarettes.

I don't know if I'm even allowed to be mad about this. her mom seems to think it's just because her meds haven't kicked in yet and she's still not well, but at what point do we hold her accountable? when will she be well enough that her actions will have consequences? am I supposed to pretend I don't feel bitter and betrayed? am I supposed to want to still be her friend?

I'm so tired of checking Facebook for no other reason then to see if she's vaguing about me again. I'm so sick of being on edge.

This may be entirely unwanted advice, but I hope it can be of some comfort. I know you must be really stressed right now and that's totally understandable. I couldn't imagine going through all that & you're really strong, road. I know things are hard now ,but I also know more good things are to come for you because you deserve happiness. You've come so far and you should be proud of yourself. -

a dear friend has volunteered to lend me the money to take my boy to the vet, I'm mostly worried because the vet kept mentioning that we really don't want to wait to get him seen any longer than absolutely necessary bc it's a problem with his eye and apparently that's especially bad? -
I'm really glad to hear that! Vets are so stressful since they're so expensive and trips are often unexpected. I really hope that he's okay. That's really scary and sounds like it could get expensive. Do let me know how the visit goes. Kitties are the sweetest things. they deserve nothing but health and happiness.
