I've had so many jobs like this before but I've never had this feeling at one before, like I'm nothing to anyone. I can tolerate the excessive hours, the low pay, getting called in on all my off days, s---ty customers and monotonous work, but the complete lack of social contact is gonna drive me up a wall. these people talk among themselves all the time, about everything, but when I try to join a conversation or start one myself, I'm lucky if anyone even acknowledges that I spoke, let alone reciprocates.
