Nope, it's the worst way to use it. If someone is trying to compliment you, you should just take the compliment instead of being weird about it
And if it's because you want to compliment them instead, you should just give them a real compliment -
Better take: uno reverse should be used in ironic or humorous situations. Not for compliments or arguments
