I got everything all together to get my car registered and found out I need the title
the lot told me they'd mail it to me within two weeks of buying the car, but it's been a month now and I still haven't got it
my dad told me it probably went right to the bank and I accepted that, but my temp tags expire today and the bank is telling me they don't have it
the dealership isn't telling me anything helpful either, so I'm kinda f---ed lmao

Oh I had a similar thing happen with my car. What ended up happening was that the dealer never actually had my title to begin with. We ended up going to the DMV and getting a copy of the email they sent to the dealer and then bringing it to them. It then took almost two years for me to get my plates and my tags were expired by then.
I really hope that's not the case with you. I hope you're able to get your issue resolved quickly. -
