This is what I wanted as a kid I begged my parents to paint my room like this
Fortunately, I did not get this. My room was a really nice green that aged well -

What color do you want it now? I want mine light blue or maybe deep green because I heard that it makes it easier to sleep, and I have a form of insomnia

I love interior design. Now that I'm older my taste is very eclectic. A mix of mid century modern, art deco, and boho/hippie. I love deep and eye catching colors like deep blues and greens but also mauve and wallpaper is also growing on me as I age. I still lose my mind over super ambitious colors that were pulled off well but would probably get in a lot of trouble if I tried it in my own home.

Also a lot of Oriental and victorian roots I realize. Feng shui is very important to me.

When I was eight I wanted my room red. Bright RED. Glad they never agreed.

i really wanted to paint the walls bright pink with a gold accent wall, but i just have a sort of cream colored walls now, nd im glad /lh

oh i did have a hot pink room for a while because we moved into a house that someone had already painted
it was. a lot to look at
