I am severely allergic unfortunately lol. Like, touching them gives me hives, asthma attack allergic. So I'm going to wait until I can get shots so that I'm extra safe

Again, my cat is a Bengal and he's pretty much the dog of cats. Completely hypoallergenic, and extremely friendly, loyal, and energetic. We take him on walks like a dog, scratch his belly, and he's very vocal and protective. Like you said, there's a lot of different temperaments amongst pets! It's just about finding the right one for you

Shots are awesome! It's great to feel confident about your allergies especially since they can be really bad..

Yeah my dog was pretty calm compared to most, she was perfectly willing to get excited but that wasn't her natural state lol.

I prefer cats
Dogs constantly stink no matter how much u try. They're stinkers and they always have slobber or something else on them. I love my dog and I think dogs are cute and cool but I definitely have my preferences and probably wouldn't choose a dog over other options as a pet myself
