THAT is what was a scam of nowadays. They took a 4-4-0 and put it above smaller wheels and tried to sell it off as a powerful upgrade to the then top link configuration.
....It worked a few times, I believe, but it was extremely dangerous. At any moment, and carelessness rising, it could come loose and tip over, hurting or possibly killing the crew. -
