Consistent sleep schedule, also using screens before bed won't help you sleep

Rain/ocean sounds. Or some other relaxing sound/music.

Funny story when I started getting insomnia I found it easier to sleep at night when I take my clothes off and sit around in my room for like 15 minutes and then put them on and go to bed. Idkw though… doesn’t work anymore. Thanks for the tips -
I also struggle to fall (and stay) asleep. The two biggest things for me are exercise, and a consistent sleep schedule. My job has me exercising for 5 hours a day, 5 hours a week. On my two days off, if I don't do any exercising, I do struggle to fall asleep. Additionally, if I'm not following the same routine every night, I can struggle to get tired at the right time.
Melatonin, Nyquil, and camomile tea all seem to work for me. Nyquil by far works the best, but that should really only be used if you're sick. Zzzquil is similar and should work the same, but I haven't tried it yet.
If you don't have access to any of those, you could try looking up some sleep meditation/breathing exercises. They don't work for everyone, but they can help if you have nothing else. -
