Saw this tiktok yesterday and havent been able to stop thinking about it. I could totally do this!! It looks so easy and I've cut my own bangs before. Plus if I f--- it up, i can just wear it up until i see a stylist to fix it
I have curtain bangs and hair that goes a few inches past my shoulders... I'm thinking about taking it a good several inches shorter.
Last time i got my hair done at a stylist, she didn't layer it even though i asked her to.. and the lady before THAT didn't really go short enough
That said I am terrified of royally butchering my hair -

Ive seen people do it with one ponytail instead of the two, i dont really know how you're supposed to make sure the back and the front are.... even? Are they supposed to be even?
Im gonna try it both ways I think. Two ponytails and then if it doesn't look right, just the unicorn method

I did it! It looks fine, nothing to write home about. I kinda want to take the back shorter.
