When I’m not working out everyday, I still maintain my weight. Obviously it might fluctuate a pound or two but I don’t gain a lot of weight when I don’t work out.
And I feel like what people believe is that if they eat and don’t work out, then they’re gonna gain weight. Your body burns calories naturally. While you’re sleeping, walking from room to room, sitting, standing, talking, your body is burning calories. The average person burns 1000-2000 calories, but it still depends on what you do all day.
So I feel like people don’t get that it isn’t about how much you eat, but about what’s in the food that you eat. -
"Only when the last tree has been cut down, the last fish caught, and the last stream poisoned, will we realize we cannot eat money."
say it louder for the people in the back -
I can eat money

So I've said it before, my friend photoshops her pictures. I'm fine with it tbh, because it doesn't affect me and it's not my business. SO even though it's not my business, I still care about it and I'm still allowed to complain. Anyways.
I'm almost 100% sure that her pictures on both her SnapChat and Instagram stories are fake. I know that she gets them from either Pinterest or other people on Instagram or something. But at the same time, both of those platforms have so much on them that I wouldn't even be able to find it if I tried.
But I knew that they probably weren't real because all the videos that she posted had no sound, were Pinterest-quality, and I know that she's never been to any of those places. Anywho, I'm so giddy right now because I just found all the proof.
Today she posted on Instagram that was supposedly in California, and I obviously knew it was fake but it was just obvious. There was one bug group picture, but nobody was tagged, everybody looked like they were in their 20s, and the quality didn't look like it was actually taken on a phone or anything. It looked like the quality of when you screenshot another picture, basically.
Originally, I thought that she had found someone's Instagram who looked kind of like her. Because she looked really similar to this girl. Only difference was she was thinner, taller, and had a slightly different smile. But what was also weird is that while the rest of the picture's quality was kind of poor, her face looked a like it was a slightly higher resolution.
So now, I'm starting to think that maybe she put her face onto somebody else's. But first, I was just gonna try and find the original picture. I put one of the girls' face into a website that pulled up all the social media posts she was in. I found one of the girls, but her account was private. So I requested to follow her so that I could check both her tagged pictures and her posts. I did the same for another girl, she was also private so I also requested her and all that.
Finally, one of the girls had a public account. I found the original picture, except the girl that looked like my friend had a completely different face. And now I'm happy because while I'm not gonna tell anybody, I don't have to take anything that friend takes seriously bc I know she's faking a good amount of her life. And if she lied about what she looked like, I know she's undoubtedly lying about most of her life. -
then before, I checked out her pinterest account and looked through all of her saved things.
and lookie, lookie, i found a picture of a guy that she put on her story on her pinterest board
L hahahahaha -
she thinks that i dont know but i know teehee
