what's going on?

my friends and I planned a vacation awhile ago and we’re leaving tomorrow at 6 in the morning and she just told me that she would miss four of her vb games for it. And I feel horrible bc I don’t wanna force her to do anything or even make her feel remotely pressured that she’s obliged to go now, but we planned this so long ago and I gave her the dates for the trip two months ago and literally 40 minutes ago she texts me and tells me that her coach said she would miss games. And not even in a “I’m still coming but I’m gonna miss some games” but more in a way that makes me guilty and makes me wanna tell her that she doesn’t have to go if she wants bc volleyball is more important. But she’s the one who wanted to go on this trip so bad and I’m just about to blow a fuse bc how the f--- is that even ok

And she’s ignoring me and my friends texting her and I get it’s stressful but I just need an answer bc it’s unfair to me for planning everything and then not even getting a response

obviously I feel horrible but this is so unfair to everybody in the situation
