ok so like today might be the best day ever because the sun is out, the pool is cleaned, and there’s a really nice ambience out today and it goes like:
plane sounds up above
some sort of insect buzzing everywhere
the faint sound of cars in the background
birds chirping, mourning doves
Everybody is out walking their dog
I love today it’s gonna be so good -
oh, and you can hear kids talking and playing on the playground by my house

my grandparents are here but they went out to watch Oppenheimer with my dad and brother, and they left their dog.
and hes only one year younger than me but he's got really bad arthritis and every time he stands still he starts leaning a lot. and it hurts him to use stairs and to lay down, so im with him in the foyer as he paces around and it's heartbreaking because he's so unsteady and bony -
"Raise your kid and you get to spoil your grand children, spoil your kid and you get to raise your grand children"
thats good but i dont wanna do either
