I'm just gonna give a crack at this
So Axel and Felix were childhood friends
Axel didn't like death back then, which is kinda but kinda not surprising?
Anyway, Felix beating him 'again' implies that Felix won multiple times and Axel could've gotten a little frustrated at that
It could be a sort of situation where Felix was almost always better than Axel at things?
Maybe?
I dunno
And then when Felix accidentally knocked him over it just triggered something in Axel -
I also do find it curious that Felix has a doll of a girl in his hand
Unless that wasn't intentional? -
No idea if I'm right or not
Also I'm curious to find out what happened after Axel got angry -
