Like actually seeing them
Hallucinating maybe? -
Like actually seeing them for legit or like opening ur eyes at night and seeing a dead pet floating around ur room

Actually seeing them walking around.

For how long at a time?

About 10 seconds and then they disappear

Your seeing things that are not there .

Are you tired when you see them?

I see them when Im tired and not tired

I don't think that's normal

Definitely, I think therapy would definitely help but that also might be drastic
