We set up an appointment with a psychiatrist and put together goals for me to work on. It feels like i can finally take a breath when it comes to my mental health. I'll have a team to help me. And now i have a bunch of numbers and resources jdjdhhshsiks i really did not think this would be so productive

got diagnosed as bipolar 2 again today so i really just,,,,, dont know. i feel like doctors hear that i had a few psychosis episodes on anti-depressants and they're like "yep, you're bipolar. that's what it does"
